Moving on to NEWS! I'm off tomorrow to Sydney for the Live Finale of Australia's Next Top Model, live from the Sydney Opera House. I won some tickets and I'm off. Anyone who reads my blog knows that I'm (slightly) obsessed with Top Model shows so I cannot wait to be apart of the Finale on Tuesday! 
But wait. There's more..!So back in September I won the Fruche Melbourne Fashion Week Blogger Comp. Now Fruche wants me to go to Melbourne's Spring Racing Carnival! This should be exciting, though I've never been before so I'm eager to see what all this racing is about.

> Amber Heard - This fab actress is on the list twice! First is My Look of the Week. Red hot, Heard is in a  custom Elie Saab gown at the premiere of 'The Rum Diaries' in LA. Love love love this look, fits great and the high slit is sexy but not too sexy.> Heard was then at a private Georgio Armani/Vanity Fair Dinner, in none other than Armani. It's a chic little cocktail number. I love how both looks are really clean and simple, with maximum impact. 
> Anna Kendrick - In London for the premiere of her film 50/50, Kendrick donned a McQ 2012 Resort mini dress. I'm a sucker for a McQueen print and this navy print is dreamy. Loving the leather accessories.
> Elizabeth Olsen - This Olsen is growing on me, I love love love her in head to toe Alexander McQueen Fall 2011. Sophisticated in black, loving the clutch and gold belt.
> Zoe Saldana - Saldana is in Jason Wu Spring 2012 dress at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in California. The sheer printed dress looks a treat on Saldana, great look for the warmer months

Strength

It hit me last week that I have a month till I finish uni. 

One month. Uno montho... it seems short. By the end of October I'll be done with classes, then two exams in November and then BAM I'm done. I'm trying not to jinx my chances, Murphy's Law and all. But I'm excited.

Last week I got a hold of some of my long lost lovelies. Trying to keep up with uni and work I've been a bit slack but it was great to touch base with them. Discussing everything under the sun, it was great to update each other and helps me to gain some much needed perspective.

It's MARTANMain's 1 Year Anniversary! As you can see the blog is changing more and more, MARTAN Store will be online soon, I hope you all will enjoy!

Last week I thought about strength, not the physical muscular strength but more the internal. 

I think it's such a valuable commodity to be strong, as much as it's easy to give up forget sometimes being strong and working hard gets you places. Just saying Lovelies. Sometimes it's all about that second strength.

It's October Lovelies! 
This month marks the one year anniversary of MARTAN Main going online. To celebrate I'm changing the blog up, making it one year older, wiser and tres amazing. All the same content will be here and some new focuses and weekly posts. 
I wanted to do a before and after screen grab of the original blog and the layout now... but I never took a screen grab. Oops... Instead I've posted up all of the MARTAN headers that I've used. I cringe at the sight of the original header... featuring yours truly. I much prefer the simpler text header. 
Anywho I hope you all like the new layout and all of the things I have planned for MARTAN Main in the near future and beyond! 
Thanks for all of the love love love! 
My word of the week was Focus. I've gotta say I haven't really sat down and focused in a while... as weird as it sounds. I've been avoiding trying to focus and I've realised that it is time now for me to start well Focusing and finding meaning in things that were.
